My place, enjoying the driving-force of Nature

I like to walk on the beach, in the forest, feel the smell and fresh wind of the morning.
I like to fish in the sea, in the rivers, in the lakes. I like the untouched scents of Nature. I like the smell the earth, the smell of the tide, the smell of herbs, I love the smell of dry straw.
Cooking for me is a pleasure. Cooking with fresh ingredients, cooking accompanied by the simplicity of the scents of aromatic herbs and a good wine and olive oil. I love to share and enjoy my food with friends and family.
I realy like the simple things and I ´m an apologist of minimalism, simplicity and perfection.
